Join the Scottsdale Air Fair Volunteer Team!
The Scottsdale Air Fair could not happen without the enthusiasm and hard work of the volunteers, who strive to serve and give back to the aviation community.
Volunteers are recommended to be 13 years of age or older; however exceptions can be made for those participating as part of an organized and supervised group. Volunteers are asked to commit at least eight hours, (2) four hour shifts during the Scottsdale Air Fair. Shifts will be scheduled in 4 hour increments.

Volunteer Information Session
Registered volunteers should plan to attend the Volunteer Information Session to receive their volunteer packet and other important details about volunteering at the event. The Volunteer Information Session will be held on October 27th at 5:00 PM. The Information Session will be held at ASU SkySong in the Convergence conference room. The address is- 1475 North Scottsdale Road, Scottsdale, AZ 85257.
